Terms and Conditions
Last updated November 5, 2026
1. Terms of Mail-in Sale Agreement
Cash For Test Strips USA ("Cash For Test Strips USA," "we," "us," or "our"), provides services through cash4teststripsusa.com (the "Website") that allow you to offer eligible diabetic supplies for sale to us by mail (the "Services"). The supplies you submit are referred to as "Products." You describe your Products, request a mail-in kit or offer, and send the Products to us for inspection and a final offer under these Terms and Conditions.
BY USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, SUBMITTING A MAIL-IN REQUEST, OR SENDING PRODUCTS TO US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please read them before submitting your Products. We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services for failure to comply with this Agreement, misuse of the Services, or other lawful business reasons. Any changes to these terms are governed by Section 29.
2. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the Website and Services and any offer or mail-in sale of Products to us. These terms, the policies expressly referenced here, and any supplemental terms we provide and you accept for a particular transaction together form the "Agreement" between you and Cash For Test Strips USA. "You" and "your" mean the individual or entity using the Services or selling Products to us.
This Agreement is provided electronically, and you agree to conduct your transaction electronically as described in Section 20. The Returns provisions in Section 10 control the deadline and conditions for requesting Products back after a revised offer. No other provision of this Agreement expands or replaces those return rights.
3. Requirements for a Mail-in Sale
To submit Products and complete a mail-in sale, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
- Own the Products and have the right to transfer clear title to them.
- Provide true, complete, current information about yourself, your Products, and the condition and quantity of each box.
- Comply with this Agreement and all laws and regulations applicable to your Products and their sale and shipment, including Section 16.
- Sell on your own behalf. If selling Products owned by a business, have authority to bind that business and transfer its Products.
Provide your name, a working email address and phone number, an accurate mailing address, and the correct information for the payment method confirmed with you. Account features are available for viewing requests and orders, but creating an account is not required to submit a mail-in kit request. If you use an account, keep its information current and its access credentials secure.
You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment information accurate, notifying us of changes, and checking your messages, including filtered email. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for missed communications or misdirected payments caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.
Payment is sent after inspection by the method confirmed with you, subject to the revised-offer process in Sections 10 and 11. The mail-in form offers Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Chime, and check; the bulk service also lists wire and ACH options. Use the choices available for your transaction and confirm the recipient details. Local pickup is quoted individually. Where a local buyer is available, the order page may offer a local cash meetup request before you ship, and we text you to arrange it. A mail-in offer does not establish the offer or appointment for a local meetup.
4. Product Eligibility
We buy only eligible, sealed, unopened, unexpired diabetic supplies in their original packaging from the product lists on this Website. The accepted categories include:
- Diabetic test strips in the brands and box sizes listed on the Website.
- Dexcom G7 sensors and receivers, and the listed FreeStyle Libre sensors and readers.
- The listed Omnipod 5 pods and starter kits, and Omnipod DASH pods.
- Listed Medtronic MiniMed infusion sets, reservoirs, and Guardian sensors.
- Listed Tandem AutoSoft and TruSteel infusion sets.
- Other sealed infusion sets and lancets quoted through the Website.
A category name does not mean every model, version, pairing, or package is accepted. Check the applicable product page, price list, and kit form, or contact us before sending anything not listed. We determine which Products we can accept and may update the accepted list for future submissions. Products already sent to us remain subject to inspection and the revised-offer and Returns provisions of this Agreement.
We do not buy opened or expired supplies, prescription drugs, or insulin. Do not send counterfeit, stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unlawfully saleable Products. Supplies obtained through a government-funded program are not accepted under the eligibility rules stated on this Website.
5. Box Condition Defined
Every Product must remain sealed and in its original packaging. We grade the outside box using the Mint, Dinged, and Damaged conditions shown on our Box Conditions page. These grades describe packaging condition; they do not make opened or expired Products eligible.
- Mint: sealed, clean packaging with sharp corners and no marks.
- Dinged: light wear on a corner or edge.
- Damaged: packaging that is crushed, torn, or written on.
The final grade is set when the box arrives. Choose the condition that accurately describes each box when completing the form. A different condition on arrival may result in a revised offer. Review the linked guide before packing, and contact us if you are unsure which condition applies. Any request for return is governed by Section 10, including its provisions for damaged boxes.
6. Product Valuation
An offer before receipt is based on the information you provide about the Product, including its brand, model or variant, package size, quantity, printed date, and box condition. The Website price list and kit estimate depend on those details being accurate. Our final offer follows inspection of the Products that actually arrive.
By proceeding with a mail-in sale, you indicate your willingness to sell the Products on the terms of the offer, subject to inspection. You may choose not to proceed before shipping. If the Products differ from your description, we may issue a revised offer under Section 9. Acceptance, rejection, and deemed acceptance of a revised offer follow Sections 10 and 11. If you later request a new quote for a transaction you did not complete, that quote will depend on the Products and information submitted then.
7. Fitness for Sale and Seller Representations
By submitting Products, you represent and warrant that you are their lawful owner, have all rights needed to sell and ship them, and can transfer title free of liens, security interests, financing claims, or other encumbrances. You also represent that you meet the age and authority requirements in Section 3.
- The Products are genuine, sealed, unopened, unexpired, and unaltered, with their original packaging and identifying information intact.
- The Products are not stolen, counterfeit, obtained by fraud, or subject to a claim that prevents you from selling them.
- You have not altered seals, contents, lot identifiers, or printed dates, and the information and photographs you provide accurately describe what you send.
- The Products and their sale and shipment comply with applicable law and do not infringe another person's intellectual property or ownership rights.
You agree to indemnify us for claims or losses arising from a breach of these representations and warranties as provided in Section 26. We may decline Products that do not satisfy these requirements and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities concerning suspected stolen or fraudulently obtained Products.
8. Sending Us Your Products
Include the Products and quantities described in your mail-in request. Keep each retail box sealed and place it in suitable protective outer packaging. Follow the packing and shipping instructions supplied with your kit or label so that the retail boxes are protected in transit. Do not open or alter packaging to prepare a shipment.
Check the shipping details and retain your tracking information. A missing box, different Product, incorrect package size, or condition that differs from your description may affect the final offer. The prepaid label covers shipment to us only; return shipping is governed exclusively by Section 10.
9. Product Inspection and Offer Recalculation
We inspect Products after arrival to confirm eligibility, identity, quantity, sealed condition, printed dates, and box grade against your description. We determine the final grade on arrival under Section 5. An initial quote or kit estimate is not a final acceptance of Products we have not received and inspected.
We may decline ineligible Products or revise an offer if the Products or quantities differ from the submission, packaging is damaged, seals or identifying information have been altered, or the Products otherwise fail to meet the stated conditions. We will communicate the revised offer using the contact information you provide. Any request to have boxes returned must follow Section 10, and the revised offer is handled under Section 11. We do not promise return of damaged boxes.
10. Returns
Shipping to us is free. The prepaid label we send for a mail-in kit covers shipping from you to us only.
A box that arrives damaged, or that does not meet the conditions on the Box Conditions page, is paid at the revised offer we send you. We are not required to return damaged boxes.
If you decline a revised offer and want your boxes back, you must ask for them within 48 hours of the revised offer, and you pay the return shipping: provide a prepaid return label addressed to you, or pay the cost of one. We ship your boxes back once we receive it. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
If you do not ask for your boxes back within 48 hours, they are handled under the revised offer.
11. Revised Offers After Inspection
If we revise an offer after inspection, you may accept it or decline it. If you accept, payment is sent after inspection by the method confirmed with you. If you decline and want your boxes back, you must ask within 48 hours of the revised offer and provide or pay for return shipping as stated in Section 10. A rejection alone does not arrange a return; tell us that you want your boxes back.
If you do not ask for your boxes back within 48 hours, including if you do not reply, the revised offer stands and is deemed accepted, and the boxes are handled under that offer. The return-shipping requirements and exception for damaged boxes in Section 10 apply to every return request under this section. Nothing here creates a separate response period or a right to free return shipping.
12. Releasing Rights to Products
Sending Products starts the inspection and sale process described in this Agreement. Your opportunity to request boxes back after a revised offer is governed by Sections 10 and 11. We are not required to return damaged boxes. Once a sale is completed on an accepted offer, including a revised offer deemed accepted under Section 11, you release your ownership rights in the Products sold to us and cannot require reversal of that completed sale merely because you change your mind.
A timely request under Section 10 remains subject to its return-shipping conditions. This section does not shorten the 48-hour request period or transfer ownership of boxes solely because you made a qualifying return request.
13. Risk of Loss
You bear the risk of loss or damage while Products are in transit to us until we receive them. Providing a prepaid inbound label does not guarantee that a carrier will deliver a parcel undamaged or without delay. Use protective packaging and keep your shipment records.
We are responsible for Products while in our possession, subject to this Agreement. For a return arranged under Section 10, risk of loss or damage transfers to you when we hand the parcel to the return carrier. You are responsible for return shipping as stated there, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Passing of Title
Title to Products sold to us passes when we accept them following inspection at the original offer, or when a revised offer is accepted or deemed accepted under Section 11. Products subject to a timely return request under Section 10 remain yours pending that return. A return request does not require us to return damaged boxes contrary to Section 10. We acquire only the ownership rights you lawfully have authority to transfer; your representations in Section 7 continue to apply.
15. Nontransferable Offers
An offer applies only to you and the Products described in the related transaction. It may not be transferred to another seller, applied to different Products, or redeemed for consideration other than the payment agreed for that transaction. A different shipment or seller requires its own submission and evaluation.
16. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You must comply with laws governing your ownership, sale, and shipment of Products, including any applicable shipping, import, export, and trade-sanctions restrictions. Do not send Products whose transfer is prohibited by law or for which you lack a required authorization. You are responsible for authorizations and compliance obligations applicable to your shipment. We may decline any transaction that would violate applicable law.
17. Promotions
Promotions and referral or mention bonuses advertised on the Website apply only to the transactions, listings, and conditions identified with the promotion. A bonus offered through Cash For Test Strips USA does not mean every independent buyer in the directory participates. Follow the stated instructions, such as mentioning Cash For Test Strips USA when contacting a participating buyer or completing the specified form.
The terms displayed with a promotion govern its eligibility and application. A promotion does not change the requirement that Products qualify for sale, the final grade on arrival, or the Returns provisions in Section 10. We may change or withdraw promotions for future transactions and may decline claims that do not meet the advertised conditions. We do not promise that a bonus applies retroactively or can be combined with another promotion unless its stated terms allow it.
18. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep Product descriptions, offers, and transaction communications accurate, but typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, omissions, or calculation errors may occur. Before payment, we may correct an error, request clarification, or issue a corrected offer. You must also correct any inaccurate information you supplied as soon as you become aware of it.
If Products have already been sent to us, any changed offer is a revised offer subject to Sections 10 and 11, including the 48-hour request period and seller-paid return shipping. If you have not shipped, you may accept or decline the corrected offer before proceeding. Correction of an error does not remove the applicable Returns provisions for boxes already sent.
19. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the Website and Services, including information you provide in forms and transaction communications.
20. Electronic Notices and Transactions
You agree to transact electronically with us, including submitting Product descriptions, receiving offers, and accepting terms or offers by electronic means. To the extent permitted by applicable law, electronic records and acceptances have the same effect as their written equivalents. You may save or print this Agreement and your transaction communications for your records.
We may provide transaction notices to the email address you supply and, where applicable, by text or through your order page. General Website notices and changes to these terms may be posted on the Website. Maintain current contact information and check the channels used for your transaction. The revised-offer response period is the 48-hour period in Section 10; this electronic-notice clause does not change it. If you no longer wish to transact electronically, contact us about any pending transaction before discontinuing use of the Services.
21. Access
You are responsible for obtaining the equipment, browser, internet connection, and other services needed to access the Website and communicate with us. You are also responsible for charges imposed by your internet or mobile provider, including data and text-message charges. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
22. Use of Services
Use the Website through the interfaces we provide and only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse forms, submit fraudulent transactions, impersonate another person, access another person's account or private order information, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with Website operation, overload the Services through automated requests, or use scripts or other means to obtain unauthorized access or disrupt service. We may restrict access or decline a transaction where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or violations of this Agreement.
23. No Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free Website access or that the Services will meet every requirement you may have. This section does not excuse our obligation to pay for Products sold under an accepted offer or exclude any warranty or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
24. Transactional Text Messages
When you provide a mobile number for your request and agree to receive transaction texts, we may text you from 518-278-6008 about your kit, shipping, inspection, offers, payment, or a requested local meetup. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at sell@cash4teststripsusa.com. If you opt out, use email to continue any pending transaction and monitor its notices. Text delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful; opting out does not alter the Returns provisions in Section 10. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
25. Limited Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASH FOR TEST STRIPS USA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS (THE "COMPANY PARTIES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, INCOME, OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS INVOLVED IN THAT TRANSACTION OR $100. This limitation does not reduce an unpaid amount owed to you under an accepted offer. These exclusions and limitations do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, intentional or reckless misconduct, or any liability that applicable law prohibits limiting or excluding.
26. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, your seller representations and warranties, your unlawful conduct, or your infringement of another person's rights. This includes claims that you lacked ownership of, or authority to sell, the Products you submitted.
We may assume the defense and control of a matter subject to this indemnity, and you agree to cooperate reasonably in that defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation on a Company Party without our written consent. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own conduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
27. Entire Agreement and No Waiver
This Agreement, including the policies and accepted supplemental transaction terms identified in Section 2, is the entire agreement concerning its subject matter and supersedes prior discussions or understandings on that subject. Section headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the provisions they introduce. Section 10 controls return requests and return shipping if another provision of this Agreement is read inconsistently with it.
A failure or delay to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of any later breach. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature continue after a transaction or termination, including ownership representations, payment obligations, title, privacy, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms, survive as applicable. Ending access does not erase accrued rights or obligations.
28. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
Website content and transaction correspondence may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may not always be complete or current. We may correct or update descriptions, availability, and other content when errors are identified, without guaranteeing that every error will be found or corrected immediately.
Any correction affecting an offer for Products already sent to us must follow the revised-offer process in Sections 10, 11, and 18. A content correction does not create an exception to the 48-hour return-request period or the return-shipping requirements.
29. Modification
We may amend this Agreement by posting revised terms on this page and updating the date above. Revised terms apply to use of the Website and new submissions after posting, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the revised terms, and each new submission reaffirms your agreement to the terms then in effect.
Review this page before each submission. If you do not agree to a revision, discontinue use of the Services for new transactions. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted offer or the terms governing Products already submitted unless you agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
30. Governing Law, Dispute Notices, and Venue
This Agreement and disputes arising from it or the Website or Services are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States law, without applying conflict-of-laws rules that would require another jurisdiction's laws. Subject to any rights or venue requirements that applicable law makes mandatory, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Albany County, New York, for disputes arising from this Agreement or the Services.
Before filing a claim, please send written notice of the dispute to Cash For Test Strips USA at sell@cash4teststripsusa.com. Include your name, order or kit reference if available, a description of the problem, and the resolution you request. We will use the contact information you provide to discuss the matter, and both parties agree to attempt a good-faith informal resolution. This notice process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent court relief or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
